CrossFit Teens

Does your teen play sport? Rugby, League, Netball, Hockey? CrossFit's training is transferable to all sports, helping teens get fitter, faster, stronger and more athletic.

CrossFit teens club is a strength and conditioning class held once a week. It is designed specifically for 13-17 year olds. The programme combines olympic weightlifting and gymnastic movements with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness. The classes are kept to a small number to ensure safe and effective coaching with a qualified coach, aiming to increase teens physical competence and boost their self-esteem and confidence. We aim to increase strength, both physically and mentally in a fun supportive environment. 

Teens membership includes; access to Teens Club once a week and unlimited access to all CrossFit classes. See timetable for current day and time for Teens Club.
