I CROSSFIT BECAUSE It's simply the best way I've found to keep fit, strong and healthy, and there's always a new challenge to conquer...whether it be mastering an exercise, lifting a heavier weight or getting a faster time on a WOD. Add to that a community of people all striving to be the best they can be while having fun!
FAVOURITE WOD AND MOVEMENT WOD - Lumberjack 20, movement - handstand walking, just because it's cool.
LEAST FAVOURITE WOD AND EXERCISE Karen, because it's all wall balls! And I HATE wall balls.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I’M NOT CROSSFITTING I Relax, read, watch movies and play a bit of PlayStation.
CROSSFIT HERO I can't pick just one. All the best CrossFitter's train very hard to be at the top of the sport and have a ton of drive and determination. That being said, I'm on the shorter side, so I think it's cool to see smaller guys such as Josh Bridges, Mat Fraser and Chris Spealler do as well as they've done.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING/STARTING CROSSFIT Definitely give it a go! It doesn't matter your age or ability, ANYONE can do it. Part of the fun of CrossFit is improving and getting stronger, and ultimately getting to a point where you can do things you couldn't do before. Just enjoy the process and know that there are others who are in the same boat as you. And they're standing right next to you to provide encouragement and support.
