CROSSFIT youth

We believe in the next generation and their potential to change the world. We want to provide our youth the network of support and imperative skills to help empower our athletes to tackle the challenges and barriers they may face in the years to come. Through a foundation of functional fitness and strength training, we open their eyes to new perspectives by challenging their limits. We support them in setting goals and breaking them.

We want to provide a path where all young people feel strong, capable, and confident to become the best version of themselves.

Every class includes warm up, skill work, work out of the day (WOD), game play, and positive reinforcement. Your child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.

AGES 13-15

Skills learned are more detailed and may involve weights. Exercises will include, gymnastics, weightlifting basics, running, rowing, and stretching. Classes include warm-up, skill work, a WOD and positive reinforcement.
