I CROSSFIT BECAUSE I love the community of CrossFit, knowing that the person next to me is going through exactly whatever I am, in that moment and that once they finish they will be right there cheering you on. I love the intensity, the WOD's, but most of all the results. I have done a lot of training in my career and hands down nothing compares to the results that you get from CrossFit.

WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO SOMEONE THINKING ABOUT TRYING/STARTING CROSSFIT Come in, start light and put your blinkers on. There is always so much happening at CrossFit, so much stimuli that it can be overwhelming. I always say focus on yourself and what you are doing and not worry about everyone else around you because everyone was new once.
